Private patients seen in office, in home or telehealth for psychiatric assessments, consultations and medication management. Private duty concierge services available within Wyoming & Montana include geriatric care, nurse nanny services, and in home medical alcohol and drug detox.

  • Private Duty Nursing/Geriatric Care/Medical Nanny

    Contact us for more information on private in home services. Licensed in Montana and Wyoming. These services are private and confidential. Medical detox from alcohol, dementia care, in home nursing with prescribing ability, retreat hydration and relaxation options, medical nanny work.

  • Contract Work

    If you are a facility in needs of PMHNP-BC with full prescriptive authority in Wyoming or Montana please contact us for more information about 1099 contract work.

  • Medication Management

    Medication management services for patients age 4-99. Office is located in Wyoming but we can provide telehealth services in Montana. If you are on a long acting injectable medication there is no extra charge for injections.

Lucy Looper, PMHNP-BC

Lucy Looper is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric services. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2024 from Walden University with a specialty certificate in psychiatric mental health management across the lifespan. She is currently licensed to practice in Wyoming and Montana working as a board certified advanced practice nurse practitioner. Lucy is a proud member of the Neuroscience Education Institute and participates in up to date continuing education to stay on top of the most up to date treatments for my patients.

  • We offer a range of psychiatric services, including, comprehensive mental health evaluations, medication management, in-home detox, respite dementia care, respite behavioral health care, private retreat services, private group therapy services. Private 1099 contract with psychiatric facilities, skilled nursing and long term care centers.

  • We accept cash, personal and business checks and VENMO. Insurance will not cover in home services offered by this clinic. We work hard to provide quality, affordable care. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your benefits and coverage.
